I will advice you go for another HIV test. It's possible you were in your 'window' period when you did the test. That whitish tongue is one of the early symptoms of HIV

Taling about HIV, if it;s positive, it's not a death sentence, infact you can live a better life up to 100 sef better than the HIV negative people.
