What if governments never received all these financial aides, what would have been our fate by now? or what do you think would have been done by the government to curtail the spread of this pandemic outbreak as at now?

The government would have found the necessary measures because
1.There would have been a huge international travel ban and many of our leaders (like Baba for example) wouldn't be able to fly out for medical attention.
2. The issue of anarchy would be looming and our leaders fear the wrath of a people who are left dying in hunger and sickness.
