The Designs In Nature, Handiwork Of Chance Or God? by onlyfacts: 8:27pm On Apr 18, 2020
Imagine a scientist designed a machine as tiny as a grain of sand but that machine had the ability of "AI and Deep learning" and also had the ability to increase dramatically in height over time (in several feets) on its own, how great would that invention be?---pause for a second or two and think about it. How possible is it?

In nature that amazing machine exist. As tiny as a grain of sand is a fertilized ovum (sperm +ovum). With this fertilized ovum contains all the memory or genetic material to program a whole human from infancy to adulthood and all the different animals in the world including the biggest of them all the Blue Whale.

This is an extraordinary fit. The engineering of your body is actually more complex than anything designed by man! From that tiny fertilized ovum, it's genetic material will produce some 100 trillion tiny cells—bone cells, blood cells, brain cells, to name a few. It will also create 200 different types of cells in your body. This is just the beginning, tissues will form from these unique cells, organs from these tissues, organ systems from these collective organs, then the whole being.

This amazing machine at birth also has the ability to program itself into any thing from infancy, from a footballer, mechanic, pilot, engineer etc. It has the ability to learn, relearn and unlearn with ease, it's memory capacity never getting exhausted. Our bodies are not limited to this brief description, they are indeed a work of marvel!

Imagine a scientist built a "smart home".

That home has all you need. It can move to any location of your choice, it is well furnished, It has the best lighting system, it has the best entertainment system, it has the best communication system, it has the best cooling system, it's kitchen is fully stock, it has hidden treasures in it, it has clean running water, the best sewage system, it has the best waste disposal system, it has state of the art security technology and guess what it has the ability to clean and replenish all the stocks in the house by it self without any additional cost to you, how much will you pay to own such a "smart home"?

While such a "smart home" will be impossible for scientist to create, we have it and you live in it already.

The earth is that home. It is a mobile home that has the ability to move along its axis, causing the best lightening of night and day after every spin of 24 hours around it's axis. As its moves along it axis around the sun it also gives different seasons. It has the best cooling system in the form of the atmosphere, it contains a mixture of gases that protects from over exposure to the sun's ray while also cooling the earth. It has the magnetic field that serves as a vital means of wireless connection and communication around the world. It has buried treasures in it in terms of precious stones and metals, minerals and crude oil, that are not only for decoration but are essential for the technology, engineering and modern civilisation. It has unlimited food resources on land, in sea and in air. It has clean source of natural water, both surface and underground waters. It has the best waste disposal system, it never gets filled up with waste as bacteria helps decompose waste. It has an efficient recycling system, for example the water cycle, the nitrogen cycle etc. It has the best entertainment system with the millions of different living species on it that intrigue the imagination daily just to mention but a few.

The earth is truly an amazing home, a "smart home" and a work of art!

Imagine a scientist made a gripping machine to interact directly with his environment, that had the ability to adapt to whatever is found in its environment.

The machine can grip firmly and tightly, the machine can crush, the machine can punch, the machine can tear, the machine can hold with varing degree of pressure, the mahine can hold a glass cup without breaking it, the machine can also hold delicately a new born baby, can rock it to sleep without hurting, the machine can pleasure you with massage, the machine can play all sorts of instruments with precision and accuracy, the machine can perform delicate surgeries, the machine can work with time and precision, the machine has the ability to draw and paint a master piece, the machine has the ability to play basket ball with its grip like a professional NBA player, the machine can control a car steering efficiently etc.

That invention will be worth a fortune! That invention according to scientist is very complicated!

That gripping machine though already exist, it's the marvellous human hands.

The capacity of the human hand is stunning in its ability to achieve, at will, a seemingly infinite number of shapes and configurations through the use of its array of dexterous fingers. Approximately one-quarter of the portion of the brain dedicated to movement is devoted to controlling motions of this exquisite device alone. The particular combination of strength, flexibility, dexterity and fine-tuned motor control exhibited by our two hands is unmatched in the created world.

In our hands we have the ability to create the VAST RANGE OF MOVEMENTS of which our hands are capable of. And the hands are more than a means of manipulating the world around us—they are powerful sensory organs that we use, through our sense of touch, to learn about the world around us. It is no surprise, then, that robotics engineers find the creation of a man-made artificial hand one of the most daunting design challenges. The human hand represents a marvel of design and engineering. Consider that the same hand that can grip a blacksmith’s hammer and wield it with powerful, driving force is also gentle and sensitive enough to feel the presence of a single human hair on a smooth surface and to pick up that hair. The hand is capable of shaping itself into a watertight scoop to lift a drink from a mountain stream, or tightly closing itself into a fist to be used like a battering ram. It is even dexterous and sensitive enough to accomplish the task of tying our shoes with our eyes closed. It is the “omni-tool,” flexible and created able to accomplish a boundless number of tasks—something no human construction has come anywhere near matching in its simplicity and power!

The human hand is capable of remarkable feats of strength and endurance—serving as the mountain climber’s single greatest tool and strong enough to suspend the body’s weight for a time with the strength in the fingers, alone. Yet it is every bit as capable of communicating the love of a newborn child’s mother and father, through the most gentle caresses and the softest of touches.

Its fingers are strong, durable and sturdy, creating one of the most capable and formidable grips of any creature on earth. Yet they are nimble and artfully dexterous, able to take on a seeming infinitude of configurations to the point that entire languages, such as American Sign Language, can be built on the foundation of their flexibility.
