#20,000 ($50 USD) per month for people risking their lives to fight the virus? While some people are stealing in millions daily doing nothing? grin grin

He said the minimum is not less than 20k but even those low on the food chain like the drivers earn between 40-60k as hazard allowance, not to even talk of the doctors and nurses in direct contact with the patient.

He however noted that the hospital was duly accredited even before the arrival of the late Chief of Staff.

Mr. governor, hmmm. I will take this with a pitch of salt
This is exactly what I have been expecting from Lair Mohamed to as a cover up.

The governor has no reason to lie in public. Do you know the damage to his reputation if he's found out to be lying?

What does he now stand to gain lying publicly on national tv

Ade3131:
No matter how bad it is in Nigeria, Lagos will still have one of the best governor in the country. He too might be the reactive type and not the proactive (which is a general syndrome in this part of the world), but he's still one of the best in crises management based on Nigerian standard.

I read this again and didn't see anything close to what you said about 40-60k, maybe it's not in the article... Also, the 20k is allowance set to be increased this month, which means they probably are yet to effect it...

With your education, what is your life achievement? If a Major General is not educated, who then is? You want to compare the fake and bought worthless certificate you carry around with the certificate of Nigeria Defense Academy or British Royal Military School?

To whom brain is given, sense is expected.

Ganduje aka Gandollar please come and address kano too...

Buhari should come and learn how to engage and address the nation by providing feedback and answers to questions from journalists. Not just reading a lengthy prepared numbered speech after appeal from Nigerians demanding for presidential address.

We shall survive this tough time, by the grace of almighty God.

Remember to assist one or two people who need help around you with no matter how little it is.

Yes good fellow I believe you. Any amount will be highly appreciated. A brother is in a deep hunger and need to eat.
