My laptop (new) has refused to booth since some days ago. The keyboard has been hanging hence my inability to type the password not to talk of logging in to make use of it.

Computer gurus in the house should kindly assist to resolve this problem.

call 08057004145, we will come to you , the problem with your laptop is not the one you can solve without experience, it's hardware related.

Not booting may be OS related but your hanging keyboard is hardware.

Hi Fummi, from ur analysis what ur laptop might be facing is a keyboard failure, which is a little weird but not out of place (judging from when u bought ur p.c, also if it is brand new), , also a possible secondary cause,

probability 8/10 keyboard

others 2/10.
