The answer you seek is clearly stated on the terms and conditions before you applied for NYIF. Beneficiaries of the covid-19 loan will not be considered for the NYIF offer. Lots of us got screened out because of this. They already have your BVN. So decide which you want.
Can I stop them from paying the covid 19 loan?

Once you've accepted the offer, there's nothing you can do.

My covid 19 loan has been approved about a week ago(500, 000) and I accepted the offer. 3 days ago I got a message from NIRSAL that I have been pre qualified for the NYIF loan program. Does it mean that I will no longer get the covid 19 loan. I will prefer the NYIF because I believe I will be able to get more funds approved for my business since the business is registered. Please, if you have a clue about how it may possibly play out enlighten me. Thanks. Shalom..

Accept the offer and use it wisely. There's no assurance anywhere that NYIF will pay anybody in millions. NYIF/NMFB cannot afford that. As of January 5, they've received over 3.1 million applications. Of the 3.1 million people, only 239 people got paid in the first batch (pilot phase actually).

If you don't accept the 500k offer, it may end in tears.

Do you have any idea of the percentage to be paid monthly?

My loan offer is 210,600 Naira. 9% P/a How much do you think I will be paying monthly?
Read your loan offer letter. Every thing is stated there.

Was approved sms sent to you and you accepted but they have not sent you the loan amount? If yes, call them.

If no, don't call. Approval comes from CBN and not NMFB.
