They don't sell what I want. So they are now proposing to remove 20% and give me the rest as cash.
After rejecting it, they came up with the excuse that my money has not been sent to them, so they can't get my items yet.

Then I kept wondering, if I had accepted their 20% deduction offer. Would they have paid me

so d normal gain to you should be how much for a 100k worth of business?
If d vendor is in d business so he shld not make gain?
Is he running a charity organization?

Did you buy the goods from him? If he charge u 5% for service charge (your money going in and out of his account) that's ok, but the 7.5% VAT is on which goods? When u get the loan and the repayment trumpet is blown you'll understand that he charge u for nothing.

I'm telling you these vendors are cheaters, any vendor that removes more than 5% is a cheater. Just your money going in and out of his account and he charge you up to 75k while he was charged nothing more than N100, and when repayment start you are going to pay for you and your vendor. People think is not a loan abi?

This what I complained of, 7.5% VAT was deducted without buying the goods from them apart from 5% service charge. It's too outrageous.

This is the exact amount I received too. Imagine N62, 500 deducted from N500, 000 by the vendor on the loan I'm expected to pay back.
I think that amount is fair. If you judiciously use the remaining you will gain much more than that in few weeks

Maybe if you visit the bank
They will tell you that there is nothing of such. They have nothing to say when you complain about inflated prices. They will tell you that those are the their accredited vendors.

I followed your advice. You need to follow the same thing. Just keep trying. It's a network issue. The vendor reached out to me a day after I updated.

20% is outrageous for a vendor to take. Between 5-12% to me is cool
