Baba forget North even in Lagos bear parlors are open, a major market was only shut down last week after the traders refused to listen.
I've seen videos in ibadan that shows the orders are not being complied with same for some States in the east and many other states accros the nation.

Out people have refused to listen many think this is some white man's burden that is not going to catch us in Nigeria, many are frustrated and hungry not able to go our and hustle for their daily living.
