So I was doing some watchman rounds in our backyard this morning at about 1:30am and saw the cobra after eating about 6 chicken eggs.

I had observed yesterday that the chickens were spooked and were making noise, so I decided to go round the house this morning.

The snake was measured and was 6ft2!! (about 1.86m)

A dead venomous snake can immediately act by reflex and potentially bite. The induced bite can be just as severe as that of a live snake. Dead snakes are also incapable of regulating the venom they inject, so a bite from a dead snake can often contain large amounts of venom. The person measuring it’s head is lucky. Tell him not to try that nonsense next time else you people should start preparing those casket people to come dance with his coffin.

I can remember about ten or fifteen years ago in our community eating of snake or any cripping things was forbidden, but now boys at home are eating everything.

@Op, next time if u have been noticing that Yr eggs are missing, just boil one of the egg and put some needles inside the and leave it there for the snake. As soon as the snake swallow the egg and attempt to break the egg the needle will be doing the job for you.
