This is the best time to act.
(1)build isolation center in each state in South East(preferable in a remote area)

(1)Each state should Drop a mobile contact to be contacted by any igbo man or woman that want to come home.

(3)Discuss with luxurious bus company to go for them. Each motor should carry only 30 person and each passenger must be give a nose mask and follow a strict rule

The reason of bringing them home is so that they don't sneak in and share the virus. This method is less espensive to manage

(4) the passenger should not gather in any location and should be given a seat number, time and location of departure so it passengers will go straight to his seat.

(5)Whoever that is brought to Igbo land should be taken straight to isolation center.

(6)after 3 weeks those that tested negative should be allowed to go into the society while those that tested n
Positive should taken care of and given adequate attention.

(7) After all these the last is to close our regional borders permanent and very strict and business, school and other activities will be opened while we pay strict attention to those that tested positive. Those doctors that are assigned to take care of them should not be allowed to enter into the society for like 2 months and should also be provided with a decent accommodation and should also be rewarded handsomely.

Our leaders should do something now. As you can see the world is too busy and may not have our time. Even Nigerian government may not help because the already have too much to tackle

I forgot also to add that we should rally round to help Enugu and Imo that already have case. We need to take advantage of this to bring our people home and boom the business in the South East. May be after this some people may not like to go back to the city. Now is farming season, some of us can farm
