How can the government provide only 14 testing centers for Covid-19 in the whole country that has more than 200 million people?

This is going to two months that we recorded our first index case, the Nigerian government should be proactive for once. Testing centers should be improved to at least 3 centers in every state.

The first step to fight Covid-19 is by conducting massive test, the government should brace up and work out things.
