I agree with you my man. Three of my names that was rejected last year by SquadHelp are full functional sites today. I've learnt to trust my guts now. Recently I registered a name that was rejected by SH cause I believed in it.

How many expert reviews does it take before creative owned domains are accepted/completed?

Secondly, can one change ownership of SH registered domains to oneself later on, if she/he put the option' that either she/he or SH can register the domain during submission as unregistered domain? Or Is it final (ie,perpetually belongs to SH) once Sh registers it on your behalf? Thanks

In my experience, expert review can take from 5 -13+ reviews depending on the name and whether each review is positive or negative, and sometimes it can even pass on to internal SH team for final confirmation.

you cannot take over SH registered names in any circumstance till they expire and you acquire them on the drops.

These questions have been answered a few pages back.
