Honda civic is a very good car with nothing like shaft/wheel arms giving way issue associated with old Honda cars... But why not consider a Toyota instead?

Good car, but unreasonably overpriced.

You can get a clean pencil light Toyota Camry for that price. It doesn't even consume fuel

You are wrong sir. 600k can't get a good Yaris.

With his budget he should just stick to the 03-05 Honda Civic.

The Civic is cheaper to maintain compared to the Corolla or Camry.

The parts are cheap.

Go get yourself a Honda accord 1998 you can get a clean one around the amount you stated you might even get it less it consumes less fuel and because its an old car but still stylish the parts are readily available and it's maintaince friendly also its a good starter car me and most of my friends got ours less than 500k before we started upgrading you will love it

With 600k, you can get a good car but it all depends on you- there are always two things involved.
1. Its either your Tall or youre Short.
2. It's either you're a rough guy or a neat dude.
3. Where do you reside? East, West or North?
4. Are you single or married?

If you can answer these correctly, I will tell you the best car of your choice.
