Only 1, 3 and 7 is spot on but others is like telling the individual to be living an isolated life. If Joseph in the bible did not share his dream with his brothers he wouldn't have become a prime minister in Egypt in his day and many more stories like his.
Your fear and weaknesses whether you say it or not people will see it glaring so its better to say it to avoid regrets in life so that people can defend you that its your weakness.
