Of course, he refused to resign when CBN, NNPC, FIRS and Customs recruiment were hijacked by the fulani regime because the recruitments was strictly reserved for children of those in power with no good qualifications. While gutter cleaners and soakaway/waste disposal squard is reserved for Nigerian graduates with Bsc and Msc.
It's no surprise that an illitrate with no WAEC certificate is ruling Nigeria.
