Good. Just as you're getting an ideal look, your mood will also become better. I am currently cutting aggressively and I noticed my mood gets better with time, I can also see my cheekbone. Did you experience such?

I also took up fitness challenge since last month. Lost 5kg of pure fat. Doing the final cutting with psmf diet, it's a hard diet but very effective. True, dieting is the most important and also the hardest part. You look good mate. Keep it up.

I am using one dumb bell to lift since I have only one,I just started recently but I noticed that my left muscle is bigger than my right muscle.Even as I dey do equal reps for each hand.

do more reps for the smaller muscle any time you train, then stop only when you notice equilibrium in both muscles

The right thread I have been looking for, ever since PRISTINEMUSCLES abandoned his own.

I have been lifting for some weeks now but stopped before this COVID19 period (approx. 3 months now)

I was using my neighbor "local gym" but you know Nigeria and there wahala so I constructed mine.

I am gyming to have a huge muscle mass (targeting my arms and chest) ...

I mostly do the bench press and standing berbel curl

But I need more instruction on the reps and set to use.

Awesome upper body... The 2 legs need some pumping toogrin Keep it up and NOTE that if you have to take whey protein and Creatine supplements for bulking, an overdose of the later can lead to deadly kidney failure for athletes and body body builders. All the best.

For guys that want to get fit without going to gym, it is 100% possible. You need to get a skipping rope (works your cardiovascular) or sprint/jog, then do push-ups. With just skipping rope, push up, and eating clean, you will look fit and strong.

Please I need tips to work on my albs cause I realized there's fat in Belle area, I gave myself six months for a total body transformation. I started hitting the gym last week. I just need workout/diet tips cause I go to the gym everyday (morning and evenings) except on Sundays. Thanks as I await your reply.

P.S. I'm a lean guy and i weigh 73kg and I really don't know how to check my body fat
