Igbos lead admission in to universities, Yoruba lead polytechnics while North lead in College of education.
With this, you have concluded you have no functioning brain.

ogbeni ibo stop lying this is only 2 years stats of 2017 and 2018 . U see if I don’t know u ibo very well I might have fall for ur stupid trick. But any person wey get sense knows that there is more faculty in Niger university than the one u posted up there. What of science faculty and education. What u posted are the 2017 and 2018 stars but u deliberately exclude the whole list.
ogbeni look at jamb admitted stats for 2017-18 http://www.nigerianstat.gov.ng/pdfuploads/JAMB_Applications_and_Admitted_Candidates_by_State_2017___2018.pdf
This are latest stats here my bloda.
Yorubas admitted stats for university for jamb is 253,706 while ibo is 201,572 for both years that’s a difference of 52,134. That means 52,134 more yoruba got admitted into university. That’s more than some northern states combined. We are not ur mate in education when it come to pure numbers. More and more Yoruba go to school than ibo and this are not actual stats. Why true that ibos lead admission for the 2 years in engineering, medicine, art and law. Yoruba also lead science degree majors, social science, education and agriculture for those years. If u wanna argue post the stats of the last 8 and 10 years to see which tribe lead in admission in those degrees not 2 years stats.

JAMB stats didn't start and end in 2017/18.

It started in 2003.
Do you want us to collate all the data and see who is on top?

ogbeni there is more to education than just law, medicine and engineering. There is computer science in this age of everything online, chemistry, biology and so much more courses. Meanwhile what u listed says for the past 5 years ibos are leading in law, medicine and engineering well according to this link below Yoruba lead in engineering. Meanwhile we are talking about education as a whole optometry is one branch of medicine what of surgeons, and so many more. Is this ur stats that ibo lead in education or what. Why not post jamb statistics that shows that Yorubas leads in admission to universities. That’s called leading in education not cherry picking 3 majors out of 100

JAMB didn't start collating data in 2010. Let's start from 2004.

IPOB Bereau of Statistics

We all know what goes down

No southwest universities admit above quota but you will see UNN, ABSU, IMSU admitting 500, 600 students in a department that can't take up to 100

Dentistry as example
Unilag has highest quota which is 40, UI will even admit below quota but UNN that has quota of 15 will admit 150 in dentistry, 586 in medicine with quota of 180

It's not about who gained admission but the percentage and number that end up graduating

Even with the jamb statistics posted here, Yoruba leads in admission into universities

Out of every top 10 utme candidate every year, Yoruba as a single tribe must have nothing less than 5 or 6, the remaining 200+ tribes can share the remaining 4 position

WAEC has never given out ranking, I wonder why Igbos have so much inferiority complex to the extent of drafting nonsense

Moreso, the essence of waec and neco is furthering education into University and Yoruba dominate in admission into Universities

Some schools even refer optometry as life science

It's more of science than medical

Opthalmology is the real deal
