The World Health Organization (WHO) has said that Nigeria has expressed interest to be part of the global solidarity trial of the vaccines being developed to tackle COVID-19 pandemic and efforts are underway to start the process in the country. The Officer in charge, WHO Nigeria and member of the Presidential Task Force (PTF) on COVID-19, Dr. Fiona Braka, said this on Friday in Abuja, at the 24th joint national briefing of the committee. Apples and oranges. Most Africans have some level of immunity to malaria hence the spread is lower. Most importantly, IT IS NOT SPREAD PERSON TO PERSON. All these don't apply to Covid-19.

No...death rate has dropped around the world. Drugs like Remsidivir which the US FDA just approved has about 30%+ success....also they use other retroviral drugs to treat it. Effectiveness can't be 100% now. Better treatment are still coming up....UK started plasma treatment that's using the blood of a recovered person to cure an infected person

Without the vaccine they will always be cases , this virus is not malaria or hiv . U can’t contact this 2 virus by touching or having close contact but u can contact this virus by breathing a droplet of an infected person when they sneeze or cough and it’s contagious it can stay in the air or iron for many minutes so drug is temporary.
