VACANCY FOR THE POST OF FULL TIME DRIVER MECHANIC 

Overview 
Peter Akinola Foundation Youth Centre for Industrial Training is a Technical & Vocational Education Training (TVET) Institute established in 2010.The mission of the Youth Centre is to economically empower youths who are at the crossroads of life by training them in life changing vocational courses. The Centre now requires the services of a MECHANIC DRIVER. 

Location 
KM 10, Abeokuta – Lagos Expressway, Obada, Abeokta,Ogun State.

Job Type
Full Time and Residential.

Required Qualification
Holders of a Valid Class C, D or E Driver’s Licence with a Minimum of SSCE. Applicant must also possess a Trade Test Certificate.

Minimum Required Work Experience
Applicant must have at least Five (5) years driving experience with adequate knowledge of Nigeria roads. 


Responsibilities 
• Drives vehicle to and from designated destinations.
• Keeps the interior and exterior parts of the vehicle clean at all times 
• keeps track of General Maintenance Schedules and Vehicle License Renewal 
• Ensures vehicle are always kept in good running condition by addressing minor repairs, making arrangements for major repairs, timely regular changing of oil, check of tyres, brake system, water levels and car washing.
• Performs all duties in accordance with PAF’s policies and procedures, while complying with all Federal, State and Local regulations for the safe operations of motor vehicles.

Desired Qualities 
• Must have mental ability to handle receipts; read maps, road signs, and maintain record of daily routine. 
• Must have working knowledge of vehicle safety and control systems.
