It's a step in the right direction, albeit with very minimal effect since most routes do not have BRT, especially the short ones.

The stubborn, illiterate NURTW touts won't allow bus drivers follow LASG instructions because of "owo ticket" and the poor drivers have no choice than to pack 4-4 and settle police on the road.
