What do you expect when a tout is elected a governor? He locks downs places not because of COVID 19 but because he said they disrespected his orders. And the real indegenes of Rivers all kept quiet like lamb about to be slaughtered. No protest or any form of opposition. After all they all voted for a chief tout to rule over few good people.
