grin There was a country!

Patch patching an AK-47, ends up putting himself and the populace at the risk of "accidental discharge".

We have really resourceful police men, just the Police System of our country is dead and not supportive of true heroes buried in lack of equipment they need to function well. If a forxe man can't confidently return a faulty weapon to the station's armory than resorting to self help.. What other definition for Decayed System persin neee again

The gun is their power. A police man without brandishing gun is a civilian

The question is do they have an equipped technical department and rules guiding repairs of equipments within each stations?

Tell me how the welder will not learn how to fabricate a whole gun

I won't blame the man, it's better not be a dog than being a Toothless bulldog.
