Great people of nairaland. Here is a thread i'd like u 2contribute sincerely. I dated a girl some years back during my pd days. D relationship didnt last long because i was naive,immature and inexperienced at dat tym.she was too good 4me if u know wat i mean. I av always regret it though and swear 2repay her 4all d gud she has done. I am in a new relationship now and dis lady is equally as gud as my ex. I av lost all contact wit my ex but recently i heard she is in a critical health condition.she needs a kidney transplant. I love 2donate 2 my ex.i feel its a chance 2make amends for d past.how do i do it so my new gal wudnt assume i love my ex more? Should i donate at all? |

1st u need to discuss wit ya GF n ur parents. This a hugh step u are thinkin of doing n it could have health implications down the line. Those who luv u need to know wat u want to do cos should anytin happen they'll b d 1's to take care of u. Next u need to ask urself if u truly want to do it cos afta the surgery there is no going back. U also need to confirm if u are a compatible donor b4 u do it cos if her body rejects ur kidney it would have been a waste. IMHO u have a noble thot there n I commend u but don't b hasty about this. |
