According to CITN institute, the professional Examination registration portal is still open.
Though new date has not been fixed yet because of the current Coronavirus pandemic,
the new date of the exam will be decided by the Institute.

According to the CITN registrar, “For the avoidance of doubts,
the exam will not hold any moment from now and not even in May, 2020.”
