the only Nigeria food I eat is swallow. the other one is rice which I rarely eat. Nigerian food give me side effects too bad. let me explain them.

fufu ( give intestinal gas and rumbling loud noise)

garri & rice ( give itching and sensitive eyes to light )

bread, semovita & wheat (give constipation)

soft drinks (give headaches, recklessness & anxiety)

the only Nigeria food without side effects

yam, potato & plantain ( good, but must not be fried)

Beans ( good, can eat excess, but can't eat everyday)

Akamu corn flour ( good, I can take this every morning but no akara or easy saurce to take it down)

there are no food to eat again actually
