Probably, he meant pay cut of 50% on their Basic Salaries excluding allowances (the juicy parts).

Way to go. The development should be across board, starting from the presidency to the Senate and down to other sectors.

That is the sensible thing to do, not borrowing money to pay salaries even when you don't have the means to pay back. Buhari and his goons should stop enslaving the future generations. These guys are on the threshold of departing to the great beyond yet out of wickedness and selfishness, they keep accumulating debt.

Audio Slashing.. When there is no form of Accountability mechanism in place, how are we sure of implementation and compliance.
Dont Forget, some of these political office holders are in charge and have direct access to Budget/funds.
