toh I had this French police friend in Abuja, till he got posted back he refused taking a pic with me. His face will automatically go red if you point your phone at him. No joy at all!! He wasn't even on duty o. Its just so sad many force men do it, but the one wey them catch na him by the job

People will not Understand. Thats a standing order. NO ROOM FOR ASSUMPTION IN THE MILITARY!! It is clearly stipulated in the social media policy act of the Arm forces of Nigeria that no Soldier, Airman or rating including commissioned officers shud post pictures, videos on military fatigue on the internet, failure to adhere will attract punishment or sanctioning. He shud av obeyed, he is a part of the system, the system feeds him and his family, he signed for it. Every organisation has its rules and regulation governing it. For example, you can't be a staff of UBA and flaunt thier laws, u will b sanctioned or queried. Fathers in the house, if u tell ur child not to go out n play within some certain hours and he purposely disobeys won't u take possible action? In 2018 Defence HQ sent officers to go round all military units in Nigeria to give awareness lecture, their reasons for such law and gravity of punishment it will attract if disobeyed. They have their reasons. They have been cases where Soldiers snap pictures in Operational bases and post on facebook thereby giving up their base location to adversaries for attacks unknowingly. Defence HQ have warned n warned but it fell on deaf ears. This is not a civil job, he is clearly aware of his wrong doing. Wat brought him out is that it went viral...DAMNNN!!! ....He has d right to b happy but not d way he did it. He can do that wen on civil clothing.
