My brother's and sister's. Has anybody ever experienced a dream inside a dream? Last year, for the first time this happened to me. I became aware i was in a dream and i woke myself up from one only to be in another. I don’t know how else to describe it and I don’t know how i managed it I've never had one since.

lucid dreaming, you had a false awakening. I have become conscious in numerous dreams, I don't know what triggers it, but it happens.
