Job Title: Farm Manager

Location: Ogun state (Ifo, Coker Town)

Job Responsibilities
- Recruiting, Training and Supervising Farmworkers.
- Keeping an up-to-date knowledge of pests and diseases.
- Provide day-to-day operational and management support.
- Ability to direct and coordinate workers activities and crop management/ production activities.
- Ability to inspect fields in order to determine maturity dates of crops or to estimate potential crop damage from weather.
- Ability to meet production yield, confer with purchasers, arrange for the sale of crops and meet sales target.
- Ability to record information, such as production, farm management practices, and parent stock, and prepares operational reports.
- Ability to purchase, utilize and maintain machinery, equipment, and supplies.
- Strict Compliance to farms standards and policies for e.g. health, safety, product quality, property and asset management and environment.
- Any other assigned duties or responsibilities related to the farm’s operation.

Requirements
- 2-5 year experience in Farm Management/Large Scale Farming
- A degree in Agriculture or related fields (Just an advantage)
- Taking Initiative, Good Communication, Commercial awareness
- Sales and Marketing Skills
- Teamwork & Leadership
- A person who has a passion for farming and is willing to live in the farmhouse and community where the farm is situated.

Salary: Negotiable.
