Well truth be told, he trying to win the hearts of Imolites since he came in and so far, he hasn't succeeded especially when most civil servants are being owed salaries for over 2-4 months depending on the level. Pensions are gradually being forgotten. On roads, he may not have an option since most of the roads are under RAMP projects already paid for by Mr Green Cap.
