Answer = 5 +( 5 * 2) = 5+(10)=5+10=15

So, 1 shoe = 5

Also, 1 boy = 5

4 cones of iced cream = 8
Therefore, 1 cone = 2

1 Shoe + 1 Boy x 1 Cone of Iced-cream
=
5 + 5 x 2
= 5 + 10
= 15
Answer = 15.


Wrong sir, the boy is wearing a pair of shoes and holding two cones of that black thing.

= 5 + 200 X 2
= 5 + 400
=405

Item 1: 10/2 = 5 (single foot of shoe)
Item 2: 5+10+4 =19 (man + shoe + ice-cream)
Item 3: 4/2 =2 (half ice-cream)

10/2 + (19 x 2) = 43
