The video does not show the whole context to make a firm conclusion of discrimination.
But with the perceived view of Chinese people and racism.

I wouldn't be surprised if the people in the video who may be Chinese nationals, are actually discriminatory in their practices

Even Tiktok app owned by a Chinese national hasn't done much about the overwhelming racism in the promoted in the app
