On a normal day the fee is 50K to bring a car from Lagos to Abj because He will buy fuel settle on the road and return back to base. It can't be the same now because of the lockdown so you need roughly 10K extra. I know this because I deal on cars

Taa. 60k?? And he will buy fuel from there, settle police, pay transportation come back and feed, he would done it for free na. That's what I do as a side hustle. The last time I took a car from Lag to Abuja. I collected 50k based on it's someone I know and fuel and police expense was on him o. Ordinarily it would have been 60k.

Well it depends on the type of car. If it's a fuel-economical car, #30k should do it so that at least after buying fuel, the driver go see small change inside.

I drive a Peugeot 206. When petrol was N145, 8k fuel fills its tank from empty to full and it goes to akure from Lagos and back

Yes if they're public transport, their price can't be same as private, they'll add up their gain. It's obvious... Let's even say sienna has a larger tank(about 80litres) than my 206(50 litres)and will take more fuel. The luxurious bus tank is even larger(180+ litres)and would take lots more even though it's diesel and shd be more expensive than sienna but because the passengers are much, the price reduced.

And I said my 206 goes to akure and comes back making double journey which equals Abuja one journey

Guy I think 100 k is ok because from Lagos to Abuja the only problem are the customs guy in-between ondo state and okene,does guys no know mopol o ,just wait after lock down ,I brought my own car from Abuja to Lagos ,the customs guys stop me and told me that my custom duty is fake car we I buy for Abuja,na 10 k I settle that day,he for pass self but na my navy connection save me

So driving a toks cars from Lagos to Abuja fee is 10k. Folks like u make those drivers remove your car catalyst before delivery . Pay ur drivers well.. he wo pays well is served well. U can buy a car worth over 1.5m and be reluctant to pay a fee of 60 to 80k or even more (depending on engine size and car overall value )for delivery.

I'm not contesting your fuel tank price, my contention is with the quoted price for t.fare in this lockdown period. You can't see Abj to Lag for 6k.

Just make sure the car is registered. If not custom go use una play. And every check point him must settle.

I usually cross cars to abuja. If its someone I know. Its 40grand, if I don't know you. Its 50k. My tfair and fuel, with police check point is included in this bill
