Exactly. There's what is called coriolis effect which I doubt these Nigerian snipers know anything about. I've come in contact with many of them, they are so poorly trained they couldn't even use a boresight correctly or perform a simple Kentucky windage. Very pathetic.

I will rather say they are ill-equipped. The training is not that bad, I've encountered many of them.
Many Nigeria soldiers can be very fierce in battle, just give them right tools. You can attest to that with their performance in UN missions.
