I sent money through first bank mobile app to 9ja on Sunday 24th of this month, which I also send the transfer receipt to the receiver but up till now money had not been reflecting on the account.i ve tried and send mail of my complaint to the bank which I got respond that the money 'll be reverse but till now nothing is done today makes it four days now i don't know what else to do.

it will be reversed back or mayb d bank has termed d transaction as a fraudulent act... If u don't get ur money back b4 saturday then hit me a msg on my mail. am a banker at firstbank and i can help u out but you have to wait first 4 the reversed. Thank you
