Sex is not food neither is it oxygen nor money. So it is perfectly okay and since it is a personal thing there is no shame about it. The Japanese people are known to have virgins even in their 60s and 70s and they are still one of the happiest country in the world same cannot be said of Nigeria where we hype sex to much.

A lot of people have sex. The dirtiest, neatest, richest, poorest, ugly, and beautiful have had sex or still have sex. There is nothing special or boastful about having had sex. It means you have stooped so low to some people's level to show them your unclothedness. To me, every virgin can boast of not being defiled, and it's a thing of pride. It's a shame today that people boast of body counts but when you call them public toilet, they get offended while in fact, that is what they are.
