I was charged N965.48 as a maintenance fee.
Pls what are our banks turning into?
Is it a crime to keep your money in the bank?
They do business with our money without any benefit for giving out our money to other customers as loans. They charge us per transaction: alert charges; vat, transfer charges and the rest. The worst part of it it that they will come up with a dubious charge at the end of the month as a maintenance charge. Pls what are they maintaining? Are they the ones maintaining my ATM card that I paid 1050 Naira to get? Am I supposed to be the one maintaining their machine? All these charges are too much. I see it as a legalized robbery.
