Looking back to 2015 when His excellency Rt. Hon. Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi emerged as the governor of Enugu state, the atmosphere was greeted with peace and that peace has continued to be and was sustained for 5 years which is a great credit to him.

In a release to the press, Chief Igwe noted that even though the country faced and still facing series of economist challenges since 2015 the governor in his tactical managerial prowess was able to achieve a lot in the state.

Chief Igwe stated that governor Ugwuanyi is setting the pace on how humble and focused a chief executive and a governor of a state can be. His 5 years as a governor of Enugu state marked the beginning of a new era in the state. An era of equitable distribution of resources including maintaining peace and development in the state.

At this challenging time in our lives, Gov. Ugwuanyi has once again proven to be not just a caring leader, he has also proven to be a decisive leader who can go to any extent to protect the people of the state as he work day and night under sun and rain trying to make sure that the lockdown is observed and the guideline well carried for the security of the state.

Chief Igwe who is also the Chairman of Enugu state CNPP thanked the governor for all his sacrifices and added that this is the time the governor should look at job creation by reviving some of the moribund industries in the state and creat new opportunists for the younger generation. According to him the governor should also look into the state of primary education and improve for the good of our children.

The state CNPP boss, Chief Igwe according the press release prayed that God will protect and guild the Governor while he discharge his constitutional duties as chief Security officers in the state.
