I have been meaning to ask this question before. In UK the queen is the overall ruler but only in the Traditional region. While PM Bosris Johnson is the head in Government and Political affairs in Britain. So who has the utmost power between the two? 1 Like

Oblongata:No she doesn't! Her people chose the Prime Minister by telling her whom they want through democratically held elections. She then asks the people's choice to form a government if they can. If they can't, she calls on the people's second choice to form a government, and so on until a government is formed. I wonder why you'd want us to ask Gordon Brown. He lost his majority and was therefore not eligible to govern. |
