This post is inspired by the now famous Wizkid post, insinuating there are not much difference between Trump and Buhari. According to hom the only difference there is, is that Trump can use twitter while Buhari is too dumb to use twiter. He then concluded they are both clueless. Well this writer is not disputing Wizkids Assessing of Buhari. I just don't quite agree Buhari is anything like Trump and here is why.
1.Buhari ran with the "CHANGE" mentra, Trump didnt, Obama/Biden did.
2.Buhari said he belonged to everyone and no one, Trump said "America First" and let's "make America Great Again". Who said he is for all? Obama/Biden!.
3.Under Buhari, the killings and terrorism thrived, ethno-religious crisis, by herdsmen, BH more than doubled, while under Trump it was reduced substantially, cos Trump refused to continue sponsoring terrorist Obama govt contacted to fight Asad of Syria, he in fact bombed them and blew away ISIL from the face of the earth!,
but just like buhari Obama did nothing while ISIL was created,in fact he was credited to have funded them with weapons and hundreds of million of dollars to help fight Asad of Syria. weapons and monies used tobset Up Isil.
4.Buhari refused to stop the killings across Nigeria, Trump bombed terror groups anywhere he finds them,, he even spoke up for the christian minorities killed in Northern Nigeria, by issuing warnings to Buhari to stop killings. Meanwhile Obama/Biden negotiated with terrorists, gave them hundreds of million of dollars and weapons which they use to fund weapons purchases. Obama never said anything against the killings in Nigeria, or the genocide against blacks in America or against the slaughter of vulnerable groups by terrorists in the world. A classic example was the case of the genocide of the Yazidis ethnic minority christians of Iraq, who were reduced from morethan 500,000 to less than 200,000, they were almost wiped out by same ISIL led by the man Obama allowed out of jail to fight A sad. Obama/Biden did nothing while the bloodshed ensued.
5. Buhari said atttack on BH is attack on North, Trump refuse to allow terrorist thrive, while Obama removed or killed leaders like Ghadafi who were responsible for peace in Africa, he also helped to distabilized subsaharan Africa, when he helped installed Buhari. According to the S.A private security chief contracted by the GOodluck govt, Obama govt, funded, sponsored and installed Buhari as president of Nigeria, but the first thing Obama did after installing Buhari was to order Buhari to cancel the contract. Mind you this private security outfit was solely responsible and directlt linked to the quick and precise victory the NA had several montha to the 2015 general elections. Buhari went a step further ordering the removal of road blocks, which alot of Nigerias alleged lead tp the escape and subsequent spread of BH members to other peaceful states.
6.Buhari releases BH Terrorists, rehabilitates them, Buhari even intends to send them to school. Same way Obama releases and funds terrorists, he also distributes weapons to millitia groups who are previousled links to BH, Herdsmen & ISIL. it is reported by several media outlets, the founder of ISiL was released in Iraq as a result of Obama govt negotiations with So called "Moderate Alqauda" millitias, Obama govt secretly funded the releases terrorists to help fight Asad of Syria. He allow them form ISIL with the hope of having a base to launch attacks on Asad, but what he disnt envisage was a terrorist have no friends and will always be one. Most of the money and weapons Obama supplied was used to set up and fund terror cells, groups strengthen groups like BH and the forming of ISIL.
7. Though there is record killings Under Buhari than any other president In recent history, Buhari looks the other way. Since his ascendance to power, Terrorists/bandits have grown in confidence slaughtering and killing the Nigerian people at will, with little or no resistance. The reciepts are littered everywhere, from the Forrest's of Edo/Delta , to christian villages in Adamawa, from Kachia Local govt of Southern Kaduna, to maguzawa villages in Katsina, zamfara sates. Same thing with Obama and Biden, they ignored the record police brutallity and killings of their most reliable politocal backers and constituents, the Blackmen and his community, under their presidency.
8.Buhari closes borders for food and opens it for everybody across Africa including terrorists, thus a rise in terror and kidnappings, while Trump closes borders, gave 2years visas extentions to hard working immigrants and builds walls to protect americans. Obama/Biden on the other hand, deported hard working illegal immigrants, allowed families of people with terror connections to enter the US.
With all these facts, we can see Buhari have got nothing on Trump! This is why Buharist and Buharideens and especially islamic fundamentalists are the most opposed to a Trump reelection!. Like they say birds of same frather fly together. No wonder Obama and Biden sponsored and installed Buhari on Nigerians.

He rightly removed the ex-CJN who even begged for clemency otherwise he would have been in jail by now.

All the polls have shown Trump has an insurmountable hurdle to overcome trailing by double digits.

The final nail was his inability to adequately handle the effects of Covid-19, his inability to handle basic domestic issues without actually inflaming frayed nerves.

He has lost the female demography, the college educated, the blacks as never before, and even amongst his inner circle, he's bruised his allies into abandoning him.

Forget your inconsequential bravado, Trump should be referred to as ex-president henceforth.
