Person Specification

• A graduate with bachelor’s degree or HND holder, must have completed NYSC.
• 2+ years of experience in similar role.
• Certifications are preferred, but not required.
• Working knowledge and expertise in customer relationship and management.
• Adequate Knowledge of visa processing.
• Adequate Knowledge in handling enquires regarding Visa application.
• Team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to manage time effectively.
