Hot Fuzz-

One of the most interesting comedies I have watched in a long time. I am still wondering what Simon Pegg is doing in the Mission Impossible franchise because I think he is too big a star to be playing bit roles.

The movie's twist towards the end reminds me of those Agatha Christie surprise reveals at the climax of her stories, but this time only funnier.

Very entertaining watch.

Source Code-

A time travel thriller in the same category with Looper, only sadder. A guy wakes up in someone else's body, in front of a flirtatious, beautiful woman, in a train racing to nowhere. He is trying to figure out exactly what is going on when the train blows up. He has to relive this moment over and over again and figure out who the bomber is while at it.

The World's End-

This is one of the funniest movies I've ever watched. It is ridiculous, funny and beneath all the ruckus lies a very serious theme. A man (Simon Pegg) who has never acheived anything in life sees a chance at redemption- at the bottom of a beer glass. He manages to convince his 4 childhood friends to come with him to their hometown but what they find there is a lot bigger and freakier than anyone (the viewers included) can imagine.

A very funny, must see movie.
