A highly reputable Hospital (DUNIA HOSPITAL) Situated at 45, Oko oba Road, Orile Agege is in need of an HR personnel urgently.

Essential duties and responsibilities include the following while other duties may be assigned;

1. Responsible for Maintaining administrative staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees, maintaining a safe and secure work environment, and developing personal growth opportunities.
2. Accomplishes staff results by communicating job expectations, planning, monitoring and appraising job results, counseling and disciplining employees, initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.
3. provides communication systems by identifying needs, evaluating options, negotiating prices, maintaining equipment, and checking invoices.
4. Generating reports for use by Management
5. Addressing complaints and resolving problems.
6. Maintaining professional and technical knowledge by attending seminars etc.
7. you are to be a member of some committee in the hospital
8. Ensure that there is effective information flow and that resources are employed efficiently throughout the business.
9. you will head the Quality improvement Committee.

Additional requirements.
1. You must have at least an Accounting knowledge
2. Hospital work experience would be an added advantage
3. 2 - 3 years experience in the required field.
