I am a Property Consultants ,There are some Clients that stay abroad who have fallen Victims of a friend or Family member / family relation Scam them of there hard earned money with the Notion to.help them.buy properties at Home ,the experiences are numerouse. If you are Nigerian staying Abroad and you wish to buy Properties in Nigeria with the aim to find a place of your own to stay when you either Visit or to stay for a Longer time. Living Abroad does not automatically makes you a Millionaire / Billonaire .You work especially under a very cold weather ,most of you engage a very tedious work . To your Family and friends home ,there imppresion is always differents ,Oh! my Brother ,Sister ,Uncle etc is Abroad Am expecting money from Him ,after all He/she is Abroad he / she must be Loaded with Money .
This Impression is quite wrong and in-humane .Imagine someone Abroad for several Years ,Working ,Hustling to make money ,You send huge money home to your Family/ Friends and the best they can do is to Spend such money building there Own house or on other things ,Sending you fake picture of another person Properties . They can even go to the extent to. consult a Spiritualist to Kill you if the News of your coming home get to there ears ,Plans to Assassinate you or plan an evil against you will be there next Plan. My advise to you Abroad are these . 1: Try to Open a Domiciliary Bank Account in a Nigerian Bank ,The more you make your money ,makes deposit in it ,Do not send money to family or friends to deposit for you . 2: There is no need to be so much in a hurry to Stay in your house on Arrival from Abroad ,Just be patient ,During work Holidays Abroad ,Visit Nigeria ,Look around for your Choice of Properties you can buy and build by yourself .You can as well see Houses ,Duplex for sale.Do not entrust such to any friends or family ,Do it yourself ,Get a good lawyer to signs the Documents. 3: When you Arrive from Abroad and to have the intension to get a Property .Be patient so you don't runs into Fraudsters even among your friends and family ,There understanding is that ,This guy is back home ,He must be well Loaded for His decision to get a Property ,They might use such Opportunity to run you down or dry you up . 4 : for security Reasons ,you might first Lodge in a Guest house while you map out your strategies within few days on Getting a Property .There are Reliable Estate Agents/ Lawyers you can trust .The key is Calm down and be Patient while you make your Investigation. and very well . Do not send Money to anyone To buy a Property for you .Be Warned .Be advised .
