Anything XOS frim infinix is likely not to have much updates. The note 7 is inclusive. Android One on the note 5 Stylus means it will continue to get further updates. Im waiting for Android 11 sef... Just like google pixel.

Continue with your redmi. Its a matter of choice.

You are right about the Android one part. But at the bolded, you are very wrong. Devices in the Android one program do not enjoy same privileges as Google's own phone (Pixels)

Android One devices only get two major software updates (in your case, you've gotten Android 9 and 10), no more android 11.

Secondly, what you'll be getting now going forward is security updates for the next 3 years.

The phone was launched in 2018. 2 years of software support (Android 9 and 10) and 3 years of security update support.
