It necessarily doesn't show power, it exposes the soft spot humanity have for women. Men would have been brutalised in that same situation.

A strong African woman is the real strong woman, white women are only taking the advantage of the fact that they are highly respected by men over there... Which is not the same for African women.

I visited Dubai last year, at the UAE exchange I noticed that their ladies don't even queue! Only men queue, ladies just walk straight to the counter and do their transactions no arguments. I wanted to complain But then I realized that nobody in the line said "pim"...not even their indigenous men on the queue, the officials... Everybody acted like it was normal, so I had to respect my black azz!
try it as a man, it doesn't matter how high your profile is, you would be intercepted by the securities for cutting the line. With such respect for women... why won't they be strong? Shout out to all the real strong African women out there!

Powerful is the wrong choice of word. A more fitting title would be, "These photos show how courageous women can be."
