Actually ASUU does and ASUU is the only union in the Universities that fight for something like this even NANS does not talk about it.
Part of things ASUU talk about are "revitalization of University education in Nigeria", "quality and affordable University education for Nigerians".
You should know that the few lecture halls you have around in many of our Universities, both state and national, were built by TETfund. TETfund is exclusively, a result of ASUU fight and strike!
