She has a point though, If you go into a relationship with the wrong person, you might end up marrying that wrong person hoping they will change because your judgement is being clouded by feelings.
Choose whom you are going to date as if you are choosing a wife/husband. Any red flag at the onset of the relationship, just back out. Prevention is always better than cure.
