OfoIgbo:As slow as you are, at least! you should always identify a private project when you see one Shell currently supplies gas to Lagos through Ugborodo (Evarcos) an Ishekiri area close to Ilaje areas of Ondo state and want to diversify their supply chain because of pipeline vandalism. So tell me how would shell have invested in a Ilaje community which is neighbouring community to Ugborodo, if beating Pipeline vandalism was their aim? 1 Like |

Iamgrey5: Obviously Lagos is still begging for more gas, which is why they are now so interested in the far-away Imo gas. In the east our youths are not into the whole pipeline vandalism thing. Once they get into it, that's when you will really get to know the extent of oil and gas in Igboland. Enjoy the peaceful nature of Igbo youths while it lasts. |

OfoIgbo:So how much does computer village contribute? And are igbos the only people involved in the Importation and Exportation of goods? And igbos the only buying from igbos in Lagos? We are talking about companies like MTN, Globalcom, Dangote group(operating in Lagos and Ogun), FBN group, Nestlé, PZ(Operating in Ibadan) , Nigerian tobacco (operating in ibadan) etc. 1 Like |

Iamgrey5: Way more than 50% of everything imported into Nigeria are by the Igbos. I am sure if you add SSners to the mix, it may increase to up to 65%. I hope you get the picture. Some of the major multinationals, are owned or franchised by Igbos also. Igbos have a huge chunk of the wholesale and retail businesses in Lagos. Spare parts, electronics importation, wholesale and retail are controlled by the Igbos, So put it in any way you want, Igbos are responsible for a larger chunk of the revenue contribution in Lagos. The transportation business e.t.c you name them, Igbos have a huge share in Lagos |

Iamgrey5: You obviously do not know that Pascal Dozie controls MTN in Nigeria. Capital oil operations are quite huge in the SW. But quite a huge chunk of the medium sized enterprises are Igbo owned and a combination of 3 or 4 of them, makes them quite as large as some of these multinationals. Again, the fact you cannot refute is that more than 50% of everything imported into Nigeria is done by Igbos. |

Number 3 seems like an Igbo name and happens to be an individual. I suspect it is Victor Odili, or its variant. Please show the rest |
Re: Divide Nigeria Now, No Angel Can Unite Us – Northern Elder: Arewa Gazette by Iamgrey5(m): 5:12pm On Jun 12, 2020 |
OfoIgbo:Victor odili has 3% share So how do people with 3% and 1% claim they own a company? oR didn't you see Yorubas and Hausa shareholders too? I did hide anything, my camera did not capture it. You said Pascal dozie owns MTN Nigeria and i debunked it.

Re: Divide Nigeria Now, No Angel Can Unite Us – Northern Elder: Arewa Gazette by OfoIgbo: 5:18pm On Jun 12, 2020 |
Iamgrey5: Victor Odili Value of Shares: $244 million Victor Odili is MTN Nigeria’s largest individual shareholder with 806,886,900 shares currently valued at N87.7 billion ($244 million). The Nigerian businessman is the chairman and executive director of Aeromaritime Group, a parent company to over 8 member-companies operating in different sectors across Nigeria including shipping, stevedoring and oil and gas. https://www.forbes.com/sites/mfonobongnsehe/2019/05/19/meet-the-6-largest-individual-shareholders-in-mobile-telecom-giant-mtn-nigeria/#4a3e0c101e87 So according to this forbes article, Victor Odili is the largest INDIVIDUAL shareholder in MTN Nigeria. Followed by Pascal Dozie. Basically these two Igbo individuals have more shares in MTN Nigeria than any other Yoruba or Hausa man, in the company. Let us digest this for a few minutes. So when you mention MTN Nigeria, just know that my Igbo brothers are the largest individual shareholders in it. Igbos run tingz |

BabaO2:"Yoruba is the only homogeneous tribe and can form a perfect nation.." in your dream. "Next, the various tribal groups, principalities and commenters will suddenly wake up from their slumber and revive the old bitter rivalries. Will the Egba summit to Ijebu?, will the Modekekes summit to the Ifes? What of the Ijesha? Will they stand akimbo while Iwo and Ede go away with all the milk and honey from the phantom republic? It will be a den of jealous. Rancorous and disunited neighbors". By prof Akintola. www.inform.ng/post muric faults amotekun... it's a ploy for secession. Who told you Igbo nation is not sustainable and how can 50 million people play second fiddle to 20 million people, unless you want to deny some Igbos their roots. Great Igbo race doesn't need anybody to like or dislike them, they are too big enough to be an independent country. Your divide and rule tactics since 1970 is no longer working you should pay more attention to what professor ( muric) Akintola said. |

BabaO2:Yoruba knows the deep rivalries among them, the deep hatred among them, the deep division among them, but they will be the first to shout " Igbos don't love themselves"! Yet those ( Igbos) who hate themselves have been agitating to leave Nigeria, while those who love themselves, who are more united than anyone are afraid to stand on their own. Even the northerners people call parasites are even ready for the breakup. I can't imagine the kind of wailing that will be in South West when Nigeria finally come to an end. |
Re: Divide Nigeria Now, No Angel Can Unite Us – Northern Elder: Arewa Gazette by OfoIgbo: 7:19pm On Jun 12, 2020 |
Iamgrey5: You seem both English and maths challenged. First of all, my two Igbo brothers own approximately 5.5% of MTN Nigeria. Secondly, I clearly mentioned INDIVIDUAL largest shareholders. Thirdly, the shares by MTN is a normal thing after all they own the name. What matters is who are those that own the remaining shares. As you can see, my Igbo brothers have more than outdone your brother's in this So from an individual standpoint, they have more say than your brother's, in MTN nigeria |
Re: Divide Nigeria Now, No Angel Can Unite Us – Northern Elder: Arewa Gazette by Iamgrey5(m): 7:35pm On Jun 12, 2020 |
OfoIgbo:4% or 5.5%! What is the big difference? @ emboldened You are obviously not that smart and also a compulsive lair Below is your comment OfoIgbo: So how is Pascal controlling MTN with 1.6 % Stake Notwithstanding, your point is that igbos contributed 50% of Lagos revenue and control majority of the multinationals in Lagos and Nigeria at large. So how will Igbos control MTN with 5.5%? Are you saying if those igbos decide to pull out today, MTN Nigeria would cease to function. They have no power to influence any major decision in MTN Nigeria or select the board of directors as of today? If you don't understand your stupidity by now, then I give up on you! |
