Just looking on where I can get a loan for my big project

Just looking on where I can get a loan seriously. I don't have a collateral. I can give my original certificates and NYSC for it and get my precious certificates back when the loan is fully paid based on agreed repayment terms.

I have an idea of what to do to earn a decent living but no funding source. I don't want to go the illegitimate route. Anyone can link me up please?

You want to use your Bsc and NYSC certificates as collateral for a loan?

What is their forced sale value or amount realisable just in case you default? (Bearing in mind that you can always get an affidvit claiming that they got lost and be issued replacement copies)
